Small Grants Programme\u306e\u30b0\u30ed\u30fc\u30d0\u30eb\u30de\u30cd\u30fc\u30b8\u30e3\u30fc\u3067\u3042\u308b\u6e21\u8fba\u967d\u5b50\u6c0f\u306bSDGs \u3068\u74b0\u5883\u306e\u5168\u4f53\u50cf\u3092\u8a71\u3057\u3066\u9802\u304d\u3001\u305d\u306e\u5f8cAFICS-Japan \u4f1a\u54e1\u3067\u73fe\u5728\u3082IPCC \u3067\u6d3b\u8e8d\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u8fd1\u85e4\u6d0b\u8f1d\u6c0f\u306bSDGs\u306b\u304a\u3051\u308b\u6c17\u5019\u5909\u52d5\u306e\u95a2\u308f\u308a\u3092\u79d1\u5b66\u7684\u77e5\u898b\u304b\u3089\u304a\u8a71\u3057\u9802\u304d\u3001\u307e\u305f\u3001\u751f\u7269\u591a\u69d8\u6027\u6761\u7d04\u4e8b\u52d9\u5c40\u3067\u751f\u7269\u591a\u69d8\u6027\u65e5\u672c\u57fa\u91d1\u306e\u30b0\u30ed\u30fc\u30d0\u30eb\u30b3\u30fc\u30c7\u30a3\u30cd\u30fc\u30bf\u30fc\u3067\u3042\u308b\u9234\u6728\u6e09\u6c0f\u306b\u306fSDGs 14 \u30fb15 \u3068\u306e\u95a2\u9023\u3067\u751f\u7269\u591a\u69d8\u6027\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u8a71\u3057\u3066\u9802\u3044\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u306e\u904e\u7a0b\u3092\u7d4c\u3066\u5408\u610f\u3055\u308c\u3001\u9014\u4e0a\u56fd\u306e\u307f\u3067\u306a\u304f\u3001\u52a0\u76df\u56fd\u5168\u54e1\u3067\u9032\u3081\u3066\u884c\u304f\u3082\u306e\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3002\u7279\u306b\u5730\u7403\u74b0\u5883\u306b\u95a2\u3057\u3066\u306f\u3001\u5148\u9032\u56fd\u304c\u30ea\u30fc\u30c9\u3057\u3066\u9032\u3081\u3066\u3044\u304b\u306a\u3051\u308c\u3070\u306a\u3089\u306a\u3044\u3068\u3044\u3046\u898b\u89e3\u304c\u3042\u308b\u3002\u3000<\/span><span 400;\">Stockholm Resilience Centre <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u306e<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Rockstrom <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u3068<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sukhdev<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u304c\u63d0\u5531\u3057\u305f<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SDGs<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u306e\u30a6\u30a7\u30c7\u30a3\u30f3\u30b0\u30b1\u30fc\u30ad\u3092\u7d39\u4ecb\u3057\u3001<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SDGs 6, 13, 14, 15 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u304b\u3089\u6210\u308b\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u672c\u304c\u793e\u4f1a\u7684\u3001\u7d4c\u6e08\u7684\u306a\u767a\u5c55\u306e\u571f\u53f0\u3068\u306a\u3063\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3068\u3057\u305f\u3002\u307e\u305f\u3001\u540c\u3058<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rockstrom<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u306f\u3001\u5730\u7403\u306e\u74b0\u5883\u5bb9\u91cf\u3068\u3044\u3046\u3082\u306e\u3092\u6bce\u5e74\u767a\u8868\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u304c\u3001\u751f\u7269\u591a\u69d8\u6027\u3001\u6c17\u5019\u5909\u52d5\u3068\u7a92\u7d20\u306e\u5faa\u74b0\u306b\u95a2\u3057\u3066\u306f\u3059\u3067\u306b\u8a31\u5bb9\u91cf\u3092\u8d85\u3048\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3068\u3057\u3001\u5f7c\u306b<\/span><span 400;\">\u304c\u52a0\u308f\u3063\u3066\u3001\u3053\u306e\u89b3\u70b9\u304b\u3089\u3082<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SDGs<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u3092\u5f37\u304f\u63a8\u9032\u3057\u3088\u3046\u3068\u4e3b\u5f35\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3002\u751f\u7269\u591a\u69d8\u6027\u306b\u95a2\u3057\u3066\u306f\u3001\u5f8c\u3067\u9234\u6728\u6c0f\u304b\u3089\u3088\u308a\u8a73\u3057\u3044\u8aac\u660e\u304c\u3042\u308b\u3068\u3057\u306a\u304c\u3089\u3082\u3001\u3082\u3068\u3082\u3068\u3042\u308b\u81ea\u7136\u55aa\u5931\u306e\u5343\u304b\u3089\u4e00\u4e07\u500d\u306e\u901f\u3055\u3067\u751f\u7269\u304c\u7d76\u6ec5\u3057\u3066\u304a\u308a\u3001\uff14\u4e07\u7a2e\uff08\u751f\u7269\u306e<\/span><span 400;\">\uff05\uff09\u304c\u7d76\u6ec5\u306e\u5371\u6a5f\u306b\u3042\u308b\u3068\u3057\u305f\u3002\u6c17\u5019\u5909\u52d5\u306f\u6c17\u6e29\u3060\u3051\u3067\u306a\u304f\u3001\u6c34\u306e\u6e1b\u5c11\u3082\u3082\u305f\u3089\u3059\u305f\u3081\u3001\u751f\u7269\u591a\u69d8\u6027\u306e\uff15\u5927\u8105\u5a01\u306e\u4e00\u3064\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3002\u751f\u614b\u7cfb\u30b5\u30fc\u30d3\u30b9\u304c\u4eba\u9593\u306e<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">well-being <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u3092\u3082\u305f\u3089\u3059\u304c\u3001\u305d\u3053\u306b\u6295\u8cc7\u3092\u4fc3\u3059\u305f\u3081\u306b\u3001\u751f\u614b\u7cfb\u30b5\u30fc\u30d3\u30b9\u306e\u7d4c\u6e08\u4fa1\u5024\u3092\u56f3\u308d\u3046\u3068\u3059\u308b\u7814\u7a76\u304c<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2000<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CO<sub>2<\/sub><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6392\u51fa\u91cf\u306f<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1990<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5e74\u3068\u6bd4\u3079\u3066\u3082\u500d\u5897\u3057\u3066\u3044\u3066\u3001\u4f55\u3089\u304b\u306e\u653f\u7b56\u3092\u884c\u308f\u306a\u3044\u3068\u3001<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">very high emission <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u30b7\u30ca\u30ea\u30aa\u306e\u69d8\u306b\u306a\u308a\u3001\u7d4c\u6e08\u7684\u30fb\u793e\u4f1a\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u304c\u5927\u304d\u3044\u3002<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IPCC<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\uff09\u3092\u3082\u305f\u3089\u3057\u3001\u6c17\u5019\u5909\u52d5\uff08<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SDG13<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\uff09\u3084\u5b89\u5168\u306a\u6c34\u306e\u78ba\u4fdd\uff08<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SDG6<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\uff09\u306b\u3064\u306a\u304c\u308b\u69d8\u306a\u5faa\u74b0\u3092\u3082\u305f\u3089\u3059\u3088\u3046\u306a\u30d7\u30ed\u30b8\u30a7\u30af\u30c8\u3092\u63a8\u9032\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3002\u4e00\u3064\u306e\u4ee3\u8868\u7684\u306a\u6700\u8fd1\u306e\u30d7\u30ed\u30b8\u30a7\u30af\u30c8\u306f<\/span><span
